金属离子及低温对中华倒刺鲃精子活力的影响

摘    要:对中华倒刺鱼巴(Spinibarbussinensis)精子在金属离子处理和低温保存下精子活力的影响研究表明,在NaCl和KCl溶液的渗透压约为308Kpa时,精子的活力最强;当高于680.1Kpa后,精子活动完全被抑制。Ca,Mg浓度较高对精子有一定的损伤作用。精液稀释比为1∶1或3∶1时,在0~2℃保存的效果较好。稀释液中添加2.64%的甘油,能延长精子的寿命,添加3%的葡萄糖对保存也有利。

Abstract:The spermatozoal motility of spinibarbus sinensis was tested in solutions of NaCl, KCl, CaCl2, MgCl2 and in low temperature preservation. The results show: 1. in NaCl and KCl solutions the sperm obtains the highest motility at 308 Kpa of solutions' osmotic pressure, and the activity of sperm is inhibited at 680.1 Kpa. Higher concentration of CaCl2, MgCl2 in solutions does harm to the sperm. 2. the result of low temperature preservation (02) is better with a dilution of 1 to 2 and 1 to 4. 3. The sperm can live longer when 2.64% of glycerol is added in low temperature preservation. In addition, 3% addition of glucose is benificial for the preservation of sperm.
