多胺和乙烯对莴苣种子根侧根原基发生的影响

摘    要:目的]研究多胺和乙烯对莴苣种子根侧根原基发生的影响。方法]分别用不同浓度的Spm、Spd、Put、ACC、Ag+和Co2+配合IBA处理莴苣种子根,经Schiff法染色后观察侧根原基,以探讨外源多胺和乙烯对植物侧根发生的影响。结果]100.0、1000.0μmol/L的腐胺(Put)和0.1μmol/L的亚精胺(Spd)对IBA诱导的侧根原基的发生有一定的叠加效应;但0.01~10.0μmol/L的精胺(Spm)均抑制IBA诱导的侧根原基的发生;ACC本身对侧根原基的发生没有作用,但ACC(1.0μmol/L)配合IBA(5.0μmol/L)处理后,可增强IBA对侧根原基的诱导作用。乙烯合成的抑制剂CoCl2(0.025~0.4μmol/L)和生理作用的抑制剂AgNO3(0.02~0.4μmol/L)均可减弱IBA诱导的侧根原基的发生。结论]多胺和乙烯对IBA诱导的莴苣种子根的侧根原基发生具有协同的促进作用。

The Effects of Exogenous Polyamines and Ethylene on the Formation of LRP of Lettuce Seed

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to research the effects of exogenous polyamines and ethylene on the formation of lateral root primodia (LRP) of lettuce seed.Method]The LRP were dealt with different Put of Spm,Spd,Put,ACC,Ag+ and Co2+ with IBA to observe LRP after the method of Schiff.Result]The result showed that 100.0,1 000.0 μmol/L Put and 0.1 μmol/L Spd promote the occurrence of lateral root primodia (LRP) induced by IBA;However,Spm had an inhibitory effect on the occurrence of LRP by IBA with 0.01~10.0 μmol/L.Although ACC had no effect on the formation of LRP,1.0 μmol/L ACC had additive effect on the 5.0 μmol/L IBA induction on the formation of LRP.CoCl2 (0.025-0.4 μmol/L) and AgNO3 (0.02-0.4 μmol/L)could decrease the number of LRP induced by IBA.Conclusion]Exogenous polyamines and ethylene had synergistic promoting effect on the occurrence of LRP of lettuce seed induced by IBA.
