摘    要:空化在泵类产品中广泛存在,因此成为水泵设计中重要考虑要素。为更加全面研究进口安放角对空化性能影响,在某水力模型基础上进行正负冲角添加,获得5组叶片模型。采用RNGk~ε模型考虑湍流影响,采用均质多相模型和Rayleigh-Plesset方程考虑空泡生长和溃灭,对5组模型进行三维定常湍流空化流场数值模拟。结果表明:在某范围内添加冲角对离心泵空化性能影响不大,添加负冲角会加速泵空化性能的恶化。该结论为水泵设计者选取合理叶片进口安放角提供有益参考。

Abstract:Cavitation is widespread in pumps,and it becomes an important factor needing to be considered in pump design.For a more comprehensive study of the impact of inlet angle on cavitation performance,the positive and negative incidence angles are added based on a hydraulic model,and five group blade models are available.RNG k~ε model is used to consider the impact of turbulence,homogeneous multiphase model and Rayleigh-Plesset equation is used to consider cavity growth and collapse,three-dimensional steady cavitation turbulent flow is numerically simulated for the five group models.The results show that adding a positive incidence angle in some range has a little impact on centrifugal pump cavitation performance and that adding a negative incidence angle accelerates the deterioration of pump cavitation performance.The conclusion serves as a useful reference for designers selecting a reasonable blade inlet angle.
