| 摘 要： | 信息技术的迅速发展,使图书馆的地位作用更加明显,创新图书馆管理方法,不断提高服务质量更为重要。推行“共好5S管理”模式,是提高服务质量效益的有效手段。本文阐述了“共好5S管理”的基本理论,图书馆推行“共好5S管理”的原因,提出了推行“共好5S管理”的实践措施及途径。

| Abstract: | Technical and rapid development of information has made the role of position and function of library more significant, has made innovative library management method, and has continuously improved service quality. To implement the "Gung Ho 5S Management " mode, is an effective means to improve service quality and benefits. The paper elaborated that the basic theories of "Gung Ho 5S Management", and reason for implementation of the "Gung Ho 5S Management" and put forward practical measures and means for practical "Gung Ho 5S Management". |
