2012年农业经济回顾与2013年展望

回顾了2012年全国农业经济发展状况，主要是：重要农产品产量均稳定增长；农产品价格、净收入、出口增幅均明显回落；农业投资和进口创新高。同时，发现当前农业经济运行中存在的主要问题：政策性库存与进口同步大增；大宗农产品缺乏国际定价权；“菜篮子”产品价格波动剧烈；产业链利益分配机制不完善；质量安全保障体系不健全。研究从需求、供给、成本和产业变革等4个方面对2013年农业经济进行了展望。

Review of Agricultural Economy in 2012 and Its Prospect for 2013

By reviewing the agricultural economy in 2012, we knew that important agricultural output increased steadily; the growth of agricultural products prices, net income and export dropped significantly; agricultural investment and imports reached a new record. At the same time, we found main problems in the current agricultural economy, which were significant increase in policy stocks and imports synchronization, lacking of international market pricing power for the bulk agricultural products, volatility of non-staple food prices, imperfect interests allocation mechanisms of the industry chain, and inadequate quality security system. This research prospects agricultural economy in 2013 from four aspects： demand, supply, cost and industry changes.
