早花发生条件下3种烤烟品种生理生化变化规律研究

摘    要:以烤烟3个品种为试材,通过大田试验研究吉林东部地区烤烟早花发生下生理生化变化规律。结果表明,早花发生后3个品种均表现叶片数锐减,干物质积累量减少,现蕾期提前,其中,JY-2-03品种抗早花表现最优。3个品种的净光合速率在早花发生过程中均呈先上升后下降的趋势,在旺长期达到最高峰。品种间比较,JV-2-03光合速率最高,龙江911最低;SOD、POD、CAT、NR和淀粉酶的活性在早花形成过程中皆呈先升后降的趋势,且在旺长期出现最高值,JY-2—03酶活性最高,龙江911酶活性最低。而IAAO活性的变化规律与SOD等酶呈相反。总之,JY-2-03品种表现最优,最具有抗早花效应。

Abstract:Make three flue-cured tobacco varieties as test materials studied the physiological and biochemi- cal changing rules in the eastern region of Jilin Province. The test results showed that make flowering can make sharp drop in the number of leaves, reduce dry matter accumulation and early bud stage in the three varieties, JY-2-03's resistance to early flowering is the best. Three varieties' net photosynthetic rate have a trend of increasing and then decreasing in the process of early flowering, the net photosynthetic rate rea- ches a peak in the rapid growth phase and JY-2-03 has the highest photosynthetic rate, the lowest is Longjiang 911 in Varietal comparison. The activity of SOD, POD, CAT, NR and amylase have a trend of increasing and then decreasing in the process of early flowering, and the maximum value appears in the rapid growth phase, JY-2-03 has the highest enzyme activity, Longjiang 911 has the lowest enzyme activi- ty. While the activity of IAAO change rule shows the opposite trend of SOD enzyme. In summary, JY-2- 03 performs the best and has the strongest resistance to early flowering effect.
