| 摘 要： | 为提高农业科技项目申报的运行效率,实现申报的信息化管理,本文利用VB.NET技术设计开发了农业科技项目申报系统,实现了信息录入模块和网上浏览模块等功能。其中,信息录入模块主要实现了申请者申报信息的录入、查询以及项目申请书的生成等功能,网上浏览模块实现了公告信息快速发布和系统下载等功能。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the operation efficiency of application to agricultural science and technology projects and to realize the informationized administration,it is elaborated how to design and develop the application system of agricultural research projects using the VB.NET techniques to realize the functions through the two main modules.The information input module mainly realizes the functions of inputting and inquiring about the application information,producing the requisition of projects etc.,while the module of browsing on the net mainly realizes the functions of the rapid release of bulletin in formation and system downloading and so on. |
