Supercritical Fluid Extraction(SFE) Technology and Its Applications in Processing of Native Agricultural Products |

| Abstract: | This article reviews the research outlook of supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) technology, describes the technology principle of SFE, introduces the traits of SFE. Based on these, contrasts importantly extraction condition and extraction ratio of SFE on native agricultural produce. Finally, states using domain of SFE and looks ahead the prospects of this technology in the future. |
