摘    要:利用A4发根农杆菌,对不同大豆品种的无菌苗采用针刺的方法对子叶节部位进行接种,诱导毛状根产生,测定毛状根中大豆苷元的含量。结果表明,以合丰35为受体材料,毛状根诱导率最高,为58%,明显高于其他处理。发根中大豆苷元的含量是正常无菌苗和大田幼苗根中含量的2倍。

Abstract:12 soybean materials were infected by Agrobacterium rhizogenes A4,and daidzein content was determined in hairy roots which were induced by inoculating Agrobacterium rhizogenes A4."Hefeng 35" was tested to be the best receptor among the 12 materials.Inoculating by needle on soybean cotyledon node was the best method for inducing hairy roots,the induced rate was 58%.Daidzein content in hairy roots was 2 times of that in seedling cultivated in medium and field.
