摘    要:以用于机械化移栽所需的秧苗培育为出发点,在满足幼苗生长和培育优质苗的基础上,通过二元二次通用旋转组合设计试验方法,对以草炭、蛭石、壤土组成的不同配比复合基质的物理特性、制钵育苗机械Perfect300制钵机械性、复合基质的经济性3个方而进行了综合研究。研究结果表明:复合基质加入适量壤土所育幼苗符合生产要求,适合机械化制钵的作业过程,所得到的钵体机械强度满足移栽技术工艺。研究结果为机械化育苗复合基质的选配提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on seedling nursing for machinery transplanting and at the same time for raising high quality seedlings, experiment on physical property of complex media, mechanical property of earthen bowl and economical benefit of mechanized earthen bowl making with complex media were carried out by generalized gyrating regression experimental design with 2-factor and quadratic method. Different ratio of complex media composed of peat, vermiculite and sandy clay soil was investigated. The results of the experiment showed that complex media with proper amount of sandy clay soil was suitable for seedling growth, and could be adapted for mechanized earthen bowl making with Perfect 300 equipment, the mechanical strength of the earthen bowl was satisfied for machinery transplanting. The study provided a theoretical basis for complex media utilization in mechanized seedling nursing.
