摘    要:利用SPSS12.0软件对柚类31个品种的23个果实形态学性状进行了品种的Q型聚类及其性状的R型聚类,并对23个形态学性状进行了主成分分析。结果显示:Q型聚类可分为4个组群;R型聚类可分为5个组;经主成分分析,23个性状可综合为7个主成分,其累积贡献率达78.7%,根据前7个主成分与性状间的相关性,选出了影响力比较大的13个性状。

Abstract:Q-cluster analysis and R-cluster analysis were used to examine the 23 fruit characteristics of 31 pumelo cultivars,and 23 characteristics were analized with principal component analysis of SPSS12.0.The results revealed that 33 pumelo cultivars were classified into 4 groups based on Q-cluster analysis,23 characteristics were divided into 5 groups according to R-cluster analysis.The principal component analysis showed that 23 characterisitics were intergrated into 7 principal components(PC) and their additive contributing rate amounted to 78.7%,and 13 major discriminating characteristics were selected acording to the relativity between 7 PC and characters.The results provided reference that was benefical for us to use fruit characteristics to evaluate and classify pumelo cultivars.
