生防细菌与黄腐酸绿源宝促进棉花生长及防治黄萎病的效果

摘    要:分析、测定内生细菌73 a、拮抗细菌JB52和化学药剂黄腐酸绿源宝单独使用、混合使用对棉苗生长、棉花产量的影响以及对棉花黄萎病的防治效果。结果表明:73 a和JB52都具有促进棉苗生长和提高棉花产量的作用,特别是73 a的作用最强,苗期株高可增长29.9%,鲜重增加45.2%,田间试验结果籽棉增产11.5%;73 a菌液灌根对棉花黄萎病的防治效果最好,达到50%;黄腐酸绿源宝对棉苗生长和棉花产量没有促进作用,但对防治棉花黄萎病有一定的效能;内生细菌73 a与拮抗细菌JB52或黄腐酸绿源宝混用都不如单独使用效果好。

Abstract:Effects of endophytic bacterial strain 73a,antagonistic bacterial strain JB52 and fulvic acid on growth,yield and verticillium wilt of cotton were investigated through single and combine applications,respectively.Results showed that strains 73a and JB52 could promote growth of cotton seedlings and increase yield of seed cotton.Endophytic bacterial strain 73a was the best among all treatments.Height and fresh weight of individual cotton seedlings were increased up to 29.9% and 45.2% respectively by the application with strain 73a in pots.Yield of seed cotton was increased up to 11.5% and the control efficiency against verticillium wilt of cotton was up to 50% by the application with strain 73a in field.Fulvic acid had no efficiency on growth of cotton seedlings in pots or yield of cotton in field,but it could control verticillium wilt of cotton in field.The efficiency of single application with strain 73a was stronger than combine application with strain 73a and strain JB52 and combine application with strain 73a and fulvic acid.
