摘 要: | [目的]研究中草药对草鱼T-淋巴细胞转化率的影响。[方法]在DG3022型酶联免疫检测仪上测定OD值,以刺激指数(SI)表示淋巴细胞转化率。SI=试验孔OD均值/对照孔OD均值。[结果]草鱼投喂中草药添加剂后第14天,各试验组的T-淋巴细胞转化率与对照组差异均不显著;在第28天,各试验组的T-淋巴细胞转化率均比对照组有不同程度的提高,B组、C组与对照组差异不显著,D组和E组分别比对照组提高了26.6%和27.9%,且D组和E组相对于B组也有显著提高;试验第56天,各试验组均比对照组有显著性提高,以D组提高最多,达40.1%,与其他各试验组差异显著,其他各试验组之间差异不显著。[结论]中草药超微粉与粗散剂相比可使添加量大大降低。

Abstract: | [Objective] The aim was to research the influence of Chinese herbal medicine on transformation rate of T-lymphocyte in grass carp.[Method] The OD value was determined by using DG3022-Type enzyme-linked immunosorbent detector and the transformation rate of lymphocyte was demonstrated as stimulation index(SI).SI=mean OD value of tested holes/mean OD value of control holes.[Result] On the 14th day after the grass carps were fed with Chinese herbal medicine additive,the transformation rates of T-lymphocyte in various tested groups all had no significant difference from control group;on the 28th day,compared with control group,the transformation rates of T-lymphocyte of various tested groups all got increase to different degrees,that of Group B and C had no significant difference,that of Group D and E were enhanced by 26.6% and 27.9% resp.and also increased significantly in comparison with Group B.On the 56th experimental day,compared with control group,the transformation rates of T-lymphocyte of various tested groups were increased significantly,and that of Group D was increased most,being up to 40.1%,which had significant difference from that of the other tested groups which had no significant internal difference.[Conclusion] The ultrafine powder could reduce addition amount greatly in comparison with crude powder for Chinese herbal medicine. |
