摘    要:以"洛阳红"、"似荷莲"为试验材料,测定了不同浓度吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理对盆栽牡丹叶片的过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量等的影响。结果表明,经处理后的盆栽牡丹各项指标均优于对照,其中,以300 mg/L的IBA处理的效果最佳。

Abstract:With Luoyanghong and Sihelian as test materials,the influences of indole-butyric acid(IBA) with different concentrations on the activities of POD and SOD,the contents of soluble protein and chlorophyll were studied.The results showed that all the indices of treated peony plants were better than those of control,in which,the treatment of 300 mg/L IBA was the optimal one.
