27个棉花种质资源的生物学特性差异比较

通过大田试验,采用田间调查方法研究了27个陆地棉种质资源的生物学性状间差异.结果表明:不同种质资源间生育期差异明显,极差为12 d,可把27个棉花种质资源分为3大类;种质资源间株高差异显著,极差为46.8 cm,;果枝数、成铃数、脱落数、总果节数以及脱落率的极差分别为6.0、28.0、20.0、37.0、33.3%;种质资源间三桃数量存在显著差异,尤其是伏桃、秋桃差异达到35.2、32.8个,达极差显著水平.因此,选择结铃数多,脱落率低、三桃数量高、株高适宜的品种对提高棉花产量具有重要意义.

Difference Analysis on Biological Characteristics of 27 Cotton Germplasm Resources
