烟田草间小黑蛛种群的空间动态及抽样技术研究

摘    要:对烟草整个生长期草间小黑蛛种群的空间格局及抽样技术进行了系统研究。结果表明:(1)草间小黑蛛种群数量分布地块间无显著差异,日期间有极显著差异。(2)选择受密度影响较小的负二项分布k值,描述了草间小黑蛛种群的空间格局及其时序动态,并利用种群聚集均数λ值分析了种群聚集的原因。(3)通过 Taylor和Iwao的方法描述了草间小黑蛛种群空间格局的特性为聚集型,且个体间相互吸引,确定了在一定精确度下最适理论抽样数n=1/D^2(1.1406/x 0.1357),序贯抽样模型Tn=1.1406/D^2-0.1357/n或Tn=exp[-1/0.8999(InD^2 0.1001lnn-0.3670)]。

Abstract:Systematic studies on the spatial distribution pattern of Erigonidium graminicola population during the whole growth stage of Nicotiana tabacum L.and the sampling technique were carried out in this paper.The results showed:(1)There were no significant difference in quantative population of Erigonidium graminicola among the surveyed fields,while the difference was extremly significant among different surveyed dates.(2)K value in negative binomial distribution model was chosen to describe the spatial and temporal patterns of Erigonidium graminicola population,and value to analyse the cause of aggregation.(3)Erigonidium graminicola population appeared to be aggregated distribution in the field,and the maxmum theoretical sampling size was determined by the equition:n= 1 D2 ( 11406 +01357) and the sequential sampling model formed as: Tn= 11406 D2-01357/n or Tn=exp 1 08999 (lnD2+01001lnn-03670)].
