邦崴大茶树等5个大叶茶的染色体组型分析

摘    要:对中国云南邦崴大茶树、云南大叶种和印度阿萨姆种、缅甸掸部大叶种、越南大叶种等5个大叶茶树的染色体组型进行了分析。结果表明,这5个茶树品种均为二倍体(2n=2x=30),但存在染色体数目的变异,特别是在越南大叶品种中首次发现了一个体细胞染色体数为31条的细胞。这5个品种均为2A型核型,其核型对称性的大小顺序为:邦崴大叶茶树→阿萨姆种→云南大叶种、越南大叶种→掸部大叶种。根据核型分析结果,认为这5个大叶茶间具有相近的亲缘关系和共同的起源

Abstract:Karyotype analyses of 5 macrophyll tea plants,i e.Bangwei(a century old giant tea plant belong to Camellia taliensis),and 4 C.assamica comes from China,India,Burma and Vietnam,were conducted.All of the 5 macrophyll were of diploids (2n=2x=30)though cell with more or fewer than 30 chromosomes,for example,the cell of Vietnamese assamica with 31 chromosomes,were occasionally observed.All of the 5 macrophyll were of 2A karyotypes,and the karyotype symmetry sequenced as Bangwei>Indian assamica>Chinese assamica and Vietnamese assamica>Burmese assamica.No significant difference existed among the karyotypes of the 5 macrophyll,and all of the 5 macrophyll originated from the same ancestor.
