摘    要:对已经在冰箱里用不同方法保存了11~22a的黄瓜枯萎病病菌进行了致病力的测定研究。研究结果表明,黄瓜枯萎病菌在试管PDA固体斜面培养基中保存22a,经过培养纯化后仍有很强的致病力,同一方法保存不同年限的菌株其成活率与致病力差异不显著,而相同保存年限不同保存方法保存的菌株成活率差异显著,其中试管PDA固体斜面培养基和大三角瓶麦粒培养基保存方法较好。

Abstract:Pathogenicity determination of fusarium wilt pathogens in cucumber preservation in icebox for 11-22 years since 1984 was studied. The results showed that pathogens preservation for 22 years in PDA solid slant medium in test tube were still high pathogenicity. Preserved by the same method and different period,difference between survival rate of bacterial strain and pathogenicity was not significant.
