| 摘 要： | 在分析村干部所发挥的作用的基础上,运用矩阵博弈的分析方法探讨了村干部在农村基础设施中的主要工作内容,并提出了相关的政策建议,即加强政策与资金支持,完善村干部激励和保障机制。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the role of village cadres,the matrix game was adopted to discuss the main work content of village cadres in rural infrastructure construction,and relevant policies were put forward,namely strengthening policy and fund support,perfecting innovative and guaranteeing mechanism for village cadres. |
