摘 要: | 家蝇抗菌肽是家蝇体液免疫中的重要组成部分,是对细菌、病毒、真菌、肿瘤细胞和原虫均有抑制作用的小分子蛋白。随着细菌的耐药性和耐药菌株的出现,人们对家蝇抗菌肽的研究愈来愈关注,文中对家蝇抗菌肽的结构分类、生物学特性、表达调控和基因工程等方面进行了综述,并对其未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract: | Antimicrobial peptide of Musca domestica is an important part of its humoral immunity and it is a class of small molecule protein which has a positive effect on bacteria, viruses, fungi, tumor cells and protozoa. With the appeararence of bacterial resistnace and drug-resistant strain, an increasing number of studies focus on antimicrobial peptide. The classification, biological characteristics, expression and regulation, fenetic engineering of antimierobial peptides were reviewed, the future development was forecasted. |
