表皮葡萄球菌产蛋白酶工艺的优化研究

摘    要:表皮葡萄球菌C8菌株产蛋白酶的工艺条件进行了优化研究。结果表明,接种量、初始pH值以及摇床转速对产蛋白酶均起显著作用,主次顺序依次为:初始pH值>摇床转速>接种量;经L9(3^4)正交试验优化,得出最佳条件为:接种量(体积比)16%,初始pH值5.5,摇床转速180 r/min。在此基础上构建的专用产酶条件,使蛋白酶活力达到34.52 U/ml。

Abstract:The optimization of protease production conditions of C8 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis was studied.The results showed that the inoculum volume,initial pH value and the shaker speed on the protease production all had a significant role,and the primary order was the initial pH value > shaker speed> inoculum volume.By L9(34) orthogonal experimental design,the best conditions were as follows: inoculum volume of 16%,initial pH value of 5.5,shaker speed of 180 r/min.On this basis,the dedicated enzyme prod...
