超氧化物歧化酶脂质体的制备及性质研究

摘    要:本文采用薄膜法制备LA-SOD脂质体,其中磷脂酰胆碱:胆固醇:心磷脂:LA-SOD配比为6∶2∶2∶1,制剂为冻干型,水化后振荡即可重新形成脂质体。其活性包封率为95%以上,粒径约为0.66μm。产品稳定性高,在4℃避光贮藏8个月,其活性无明显改变。

Abstract:In this study, preparation of liposome-entrapped laurate repaired superoxide dismutase (LA-SOD)was carried out according to the"film"technique. Liposome containing phosphatidylcholine, cholesterol, cardiolipid and LA-(SOD)(in a 6: 2: 2: 1 mole ratio, repectively) was prepared. LA-SOD liposome was freeze-dried upon reconsititution with distilled water. The extent encapsule of the LA-SOD liposome was more than 965%. Stability test showed the LA-SOD liposome has higher stable. The retained activity of SOD did not changed after 8 months stored at 4 C in dark.
