| 摘 要： | 采用模块化结构设计，利用Dos的SHELL命令、系统文件调用功能、ConnnDialog控件的事件和属性，使用VB6．0计算机语言编程，初步建立阜新人工影响天气业务工作平台，并投入业务使用，旨在加强阜新人工影响天气工作规范化、集约化管理，共享气象数据资源，提高工作效率，为科学、安全、有效地实施人工影响天气作业，合理开发空中云水资源，防御干旱、冰雹等自然灾害以及生态环境改善提供现代化技术支撑。

| Abstract: | Based on modular structure design, using the SHELL commands of Dos, the function of files called and the events and properties of CommDialog control, the basic elements of the opera- tional platform of Fuxin weather modifi- cation have been completed and put into service by VB 6.0 programming lan- guage. The work aimed at strengthening the standardized and intensive manage- ment of Fuxin weather modification, sharing meteorological data resource and improving working efficiency. The work provides the modem technical support for scientific, safe and effective imple- mentation of weather modification, ratio- nal exploitation of air cloud-water re- source, prevention of drought, hail and other natural disasters, and improvement of the ecological environment. |
