摘    要:利用紫外吸收光谱考察七元瓜环(Q[7])与8-氮杂腺嘌呤(8-AA)的主客体相互作用,同时研究了作用体系酸度对Q[7]与8-AA相互作用的影响;计算了不同温度下相应的稳定常数及热力学参数等。结果表明:Q[7]与8-AA主客体包结计量比为1∶1,包结平衡常数为(2.55±1.52)×104 L/mol;通过热力学参数测定,其相互作用是自发进行的,且范德华力是反应的主要驱动力。并用1H NMR法进一步证实了主客体的作用模式。

Abstract:Interactions of cucurbit [ 7 ] uril ( Q [ 7 ] ) with 8-azaadenine (8-AA) were investigated by UV absorption spectroscopy in the present work. The result showed that the inclusion ratio of Q[T] and 8-AA was 1: 1, and the formation constant was (2.55 ± 1.52) × 10^4 L·mol-1. Moreover, the thermodynamic parameters of the complex formation were also determined, and it showed that the binding process was spontaneous and Van der Waals force was the main driving forces. The inclusion complex was further proved by 1H NMR.
