犁头草化学成分研究初报

摘    要:采用柱层析的方法对犁头草的乙醇提取物进行分离提纯,并结合现代波谱技术对分离得到的化合物进行分析鉴定。结果表明:从犁头草的乙醇提取物中分离得到9种化合物:β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)、木犀草素(Lute-olin)、芹菜素(Apigenin)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(Esculetin)、7-羟基香豆素(7-Hydroxycoumarin)、齐墩果酸(Oleanic acid)、咖啡酸(Caffeic acid)、槲皮素(Quercetin)和秦皮甲素(Esculin),且9种化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:The extract of Viola japonica Langsd was isolated and purified by means of silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic experiments. Nine compounds including β-sitosterol, Oleanolicacid, 7-Hydroxycoumarin; Luteolin, Apigenin, Esculetin, Caffeic acid Quercetin and Esculin were obtained, which were first found in Viola japonica Langsd.
