| 摘 要： | 用多种柱色谱方法对肺筋草(Aletris spicata(Thunb)Franch)化学成分进行了分离纯化和化合物结构鉴定,结果从肺筋草脂溶性部分分离鉴定出5个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、阿魏酸甲酯(2)、4-羟基苯甲酸(3)、香豆酸(4)、二十六碳烷酸甲酯(5)。

| Abstract: | Column chromatography techniques were used for separation and purification of chemical constitu-ents from Aletris spicata （Thunb） and elucidate their structures. Five compounds were isolated from the li- posoluble components of Aletris spicata, then the structures were identified as sitosterol （1）, methyl ferulate （2） , 4-hydroxybenzoic acid （3）, coumaric acid （4） , and methyl hexacosanoate （5）. |
