摘    要:为提高规模化养羊场的生产效率和精细化管理水平,设计开发应用于大型养殖场的羊只体重快速测量及分栏管理智能装备。设计的羊只智能称重分栏系统以可编程控制器为核心,通过气力驱动的智能化机电设备系统,利用光电传感器检测羊只行走位置,可实时读取羊只无线电子耳标身份数据,快速获取羊只体重数据并进行羊只分栏。现场试验结果表明,系统工作稳定可靠,当系统对15只不同羊进行试验时,羊只体重数据的实际值和测量值差异不显著(P>0.05),系统的称重数据最大相对误差为1.2%、平均相对误差为0.71%、称重分栏效率为3只/min,该羊只智能称重分栏系统可示范应用于规模化养殖场。

Abstract:To improve the production efficiency and fine management level of large-scale sheep farms, an intelligent equipment for rapid measurement of the sheep weight and flock classification management was designed and developed. By taking a programmable logical controller as core, the sheep weighing and grouping system, which was an intelligent electromechanical equipment system driven by pneumatic power, was designed. Moreover, the system used the optical electrical sensor to detect the moving position of sheep. Real-time reading sheep''s identity data was stored in wireless electronic ear tags, the sheep''s weight data was obtained instantly and the sheep was quickly divided into groups. The field test results showed that the system was stable and reliable. The system was tested on 15 different sheep, there was no significant difference between the actual value and the measured value of the weight data(P>0. 05). The maximum weighing relative error of the system was 1. 2%, the average relative error was 0. 71%, and the weighing and grouping efficiency was 3 sheep per minute. Therefore, the intelligent weighting system can be applied to large-scale farms.
