温度对龙葵幼苗质膜透性和抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:以北方黑果龙葵幼苗为试验材料,研究了不同温度处理对其叶细胞膜透性以及保护酶系统的影响。试验结果表明,在300 μmol/(m2·s)光照下,龙葵幼苗叶片随温度的降低,POD活性升高,SOD和CAT活性降低,MDA含量增加,细胞膜透性增大。表明龙葵幼苗在低温环境中启动了自身的应激机制,对逆境条件胁迫表现出应激反应,体内生成的氧自由基因超过抗氧化系统的清除能力而引起膜脂过氧化,导致膜系统损伤。

Abstract:Effects of different temperature treatments on cell membrane permeability and protective enzyme system of Solanum nigrum L.seedlings were studied.Results showed that under 300 μmol/(m2·s)light,with decrease of temperature,POD activity was increased,SOD and CAT activity were decreased,MDA content was increased,and permeability of cell membrane was increased.It showed that seedlings of Solanum nigrum L.have started their own stress mechanism in low temperature environment,showing an emergency response to stress,and oxygen free genes generated in the body exceed scavenging ability of antioxidant system,causing membrane lipid peroxidation and membrane system damage.
