| 摘 要： | 闽台农业交流与合作中 ,尚存在着引进品种的审批与检疫 ;人才与素质、资金与设备、政策与策略等诸多问题。其对策应该是 :简化优良品种审批与检疫程序 ;组建闽台农业信息与培训中心 ;扩大科教人员互访与合作研究 ;尽快制定出台优惠与互利政策等。

| Abstract: | There are many prombles, such as examination and quarantine of breed, talent, fund and equipment, polies and strategies,ect in agricultural intercourse and cooporation between Fujian and Taiwan The strategies were the following:simplify proceeding of exanination and quarantine for variely, establish agricultural informational and training centre of Fujian and Taiwan, enlarge persons of science and education exchange and cooperation, made favorable and reciprocal strategies, etc |
