牛粪和绿化废弃物堆肥替代泥炭作为栽培基质对刺槐生长的影响

摘    要:为促进牛粪和园林废弃物资源化利用,减少泥炭的开采,以牛粪堆肥和绿化废弃物堆肥为栽培基质进行刺槐育苗试验,探讨牛粪堆肥和园林废弃物堆肥替代泥炭作为刺槐育苗基质的可行性。试验共设6个处理:T1(100%牛粪堆肥)、T2(75%牛粪堆肥+25%园林废弃物堆肥)、T3(50%牛粪堆肥+50%园林废弃物堆肥)、T4(25%牛粪堆肥+75%园林废弃物堆肥)、T5(100%园林废弃物)、对照(100%泥炭)。对不同处理刺槐幼苗株高、地径、主根长、生物量、叶绿素含量、氮含量、磷含量和钾含量7个指标进行测定,并采用隶属函数法对指标进行综合评价分析。结果表明:T4和T5处理p H值为8.57和8.31,EC值为0.87 d S/m和0.56 d S/m,低于T1—T3处理,在植物生长适宜范围内;T4和T5处理刺槐株高、地径、主根长、生物量、叶绿素及主要营养元素含量较高,且接近或高于对照植株;T4和T5处理刺槐苗木综合评价指数分别为0.706和0.832,高于对照的0.602。因此,T4和T5处理基质可用作刺槐育苗代用基质。

Abstract:In order to better utilize cow dung and garden waste as resources, as well as reduce peat mining,the seedling test of Robinia pseudoacacia using cow dung and green waste compost as cultivation substrate was undertaken. There were six treatments in total: T1(100% cow dung compost),T2(75% cow dung compost and 25% of garden waste compost ) , T3 ( 50% cow dung compost and 50% of garden waste compost),T4(25% cow dung compost and 75% of garden waste compost) and T5(100% of garden waste), CK(100% peat). Seven indexes including height,diameter,root length,biomass,chlorophyll content,and contents of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P) and potassium(K)were measured,and the membership function method were employed to do the comprehensive evaluation and analysis. The results indicated that the pH values in T4 and T5 treatments were 8. 57 and 8. 31,and the EC values were 0. 87,0. 56 dS/m,which were lower than T1—T3 treatments and in the appropriate range of plant growth. The height,diameter,root length,biomass,contents of chlorophyll and main nutrients of R. pseudoacacia in T4 and T5 treatments were higher,which were close to or higher than the plants in CK. The comprehensive evaluation indexes of plants in T4 and T5 treatments were 0. 706 and 0. 832,which were higher than 0. 602 in CK. Therefore, the matrix in T4 and T5 treatments can be used as alternative substrates of locust breeding.
