葡萄糖对后备母猪繁殖相关基因表达的影响

摘    要:为探讨用葡萄糖代替铬制剂调控母猪繁殖性能的可行性,将6头70~80 kg大约克后备母猪随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加200 g/d剂量的葡萄糖,试验时间为21 d,采用ELISA方法测定血清中胰岛素、孕激素和雌激素分泌量,实时定量PCR检测繁殖相关基因表达量。结果表明,添加葡萄糖后,后备母猪血清中胰岛素、孕激素和雌激素分泌量显著增加,猪子宫中雌激素受体(ESR)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、KISS1受体(GPR54)、孕激素受体(PGR)和视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)等繁殖相关基因表达量均显著上调。以上结果提示,可以使用葡萄糖代替铬制剂,通过刺激胰岛素的分泌达到提高后备母猪繁殖性能的目的。

Abstract:In order to investigate the feasibility of regulating the reproductive performance of the replacement gilts with glucose instead of chromium,six 70-80 kg Yorkshire replacement gilts were randomly allocated to experimental group and control group.During the 21-day research,glucose was addded to the meal diets of the experimental groups(200 g/d).It was found that the addition of glucose significantly promoted the serum insulin,progesterone and estrogen by ELISA analysis.And qRT-PCR showed that the expression of the estrogen receptor 1 (ESR),osteopontin (OPN),KISS1 receptor (GPR54),progesterone receptor (PGR),retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) were significantly up-regulated by the adding of glucose.These results suggested that we could use glucose instead of chromium to stimulatethe insulin secretion,and to achieve the purpose of improving reproductive performance of replacement gilts.
