摘    要:矮秆是水稻育种中最重要的农艺性状之一,对增强水稻抗倒伏性、提高水稻产量有重要作用。综述了水稻矮秆基因的分类,并从参与油菜素内酯、赤霉素、独角金内酯、生长素等生物合成或信号传导途径方面阐述了水稻矮秆基因的克隆情况,为矮秆突变基因在水稻育种中的应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Dwarf is one of the most important agricultural traits in rice(Oryza sativa L.) breeding,which plays an important role in enhancing the lodging resistance and production of rice.Here,classification and cloning of rice dwarf genes were reviewed from the aspects of the biosynthesis and signal transduction pathways of brassinosteroid,gibberellins,strigolactones and auxins,which could provide a theoretical basis for the application of dwarf mutant genes in rice breeding.
