摘    要:对10份春甘蓝新材料主要表型性状进行分析研究,旨在为北中部九省区春甘蓝选育和推广提供理论参考。变异分析结果表明,这批新材料仍具有创新潜力。应用聚类分析把10份材料分为3类,通过描述性统计分析给出了每类的特点。运用偏相关分析、逐步回归分析和通径分析,从多种角度研究影响春甘蓝单球质量的性状因子。结果表明,促进单球质量增加的主要表型性状是球横径,其次是球高;抑制单球质量增加的表型性状是外叶数和开展度。单球质量最优回归预测方程的可靠性为79.2%,说明还有影响单球质量的重要因素未被纳入试验研究中。

Abstract:The main phenotypic traits of 10 new materials of spring cabbage were analyzed and studied,aiming to provide theoretical reference for selection and extension of spring cabbage in north central nine provinces.Variation analysis showed that the new materials still had innovation potential.The 10 materials were classified into 3 categories by cluster analysis,and the characteristics of each category were given by descriptive statistical analysis.By using partial correlation analysis,stepwise regression analysis and path analysis,the influence factors of cabbage single head weight were studied from various angles.The results showed that the main phenotypic trait promoting single head weight was head diameter,and the second was head height;the main phenotypic traits suppressing single head weight were number of outer leaves and plant breadth.The reliability of the optimal regression equation for predicting single head weight was 79.2%,which showed that other important factors affecting single head weight were not included in the experimental study still.
