外源ALA对常温和高温条件下裸燕麦生长发育及抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:以盆栽裸燕麦为试验材料,研究了常温和高温条件下喷施0、10、50、100 mg/L的5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)对裸燕麦生长发育和抗氧化酶活性的影响,以期为提高裸燕麦耐热性和生产力提供参考依据。结果表明,在常温条件下,施用ALA增加了裸燕麦株高、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、干鲜质量、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素a/b、类胡萝卜素含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。其中,叶面积、叶宽、干鲜质量、SOD和POD活性均以50 mg/L ALA处理最高,株高、叶长、叶绿素a含量、类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素a/b、CAT活性均以100 mg/L ALA处理最高。在高温条件下,裸燕麦生长受到抑制,喷施ALA可减轻高温胁迫对裸燕麦的伤害,以50 mg/L ALA处理效果最佳,该处理下裸燕麦株高、叶面积、叶长、叶宽、鲜质量、干质量、叶绿素a含量、类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素a/b及SOD、POD、CAT活性最高,分别较不施用ALA处理提高13.0%、43.6%、53.5%、39.6%、116.4%、34.5%、54.5%、21.8%、47.4%、19.1%、38.9%、105.4%。

Abstract:A pot test was conducted to study the effect of ALA at different concentrations (0,10,50,100 mg/L) on the growth and antioxidant enzyme activities of Avena nuda under normal and high temperature conditions,so as to provide some references for improving productivity and heat resistance of Avena nuda.The experimental results revealed that the plant height,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,dry and fresh weight,chlorophyll a content,carotenoids content,chlorophyll a/b and the activities of SOD,CAT,POD of leaves were increased with the application of ALA for Avena nuda under room temperature condition.Among them,the leaf area,leaf width,dry and fresh weight,SOD and POD activities of 50 mg/L ALA treatment were the highest;the plant height,leaf length,chlorophyll a content,carotenoid content,chlorophyll a/b and CAT activity of 100 mg/L ALA treatment were the highest.The growth of Avena nuda was inhibited under high temperature stress.Spraying ALA could decrease the harm of high temperature stress to Avena nuda,and spraying 50 mg/L ALA had the best effect.The plant height,leaf area,leaf length,leaf width,dry and fresh weight,chlorophyll a content,carotenoid content,chlorophyll a/b and SOD,POD,CAT activities of 50 mg/L ALA treatment increased by 13.0%,43.6%,53.5%,39.6%,116.4%,34.5%,54.5%,21.8%,47.4%,19.1%,38.9%,105.4% compared with the treatment with out ALA under high temperature stress.
