石荠芋提取物的体外抑菌作用及抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:为研究石荠苧提取物的体外抑菌作用和抗氧化活性,分别用水和无水乙醇提取石荠苧活性成分,并对乙醇总提取物依次用石油醚、氯仿、正丁醇进行分步萃取,得到不同极性的各部分提取物,分别采用管碟法、倍比稀释法测定沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌对提取物的敏感性,同时采用DPPH法和Fenton法研究不同溶剂萃取的提取物的体外抗氧化活性.结果表明,石荠苧水提液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌均有抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为15.63、125.00、125.00 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为31.25、250.00、250.00 mg/mL;乙醇总提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,MIC、MBC分别为125.00、250.00 mg/mL.氯仿萃取物、正丁醇萃取物、乙醇总提取物、水提液清除DPPH·的IC50分别为422.5、425.8、413.4、611.4 mg/mL,其中乙醇总提取物清除作用最强;氯仿萃取物、正丁醇萃取物、乙醇总提取物、水提液清除·OH的IC50分别为542.2、577.1、925.5、781.2 mg/mL,其中正丁醇萃取物清除能力最强.综上,石荠苧提取物对细菌有抑制作用和抗氧化作用.

Abstract:In order to study the antibacterial and antioxidant activity of the extracts from Scabrous mosla,active components of Scabrous mosla were extracted by water and ethyl alcohol,and the ethanol extract were abstracted again with petroleum ether,chloroform,n-butanol successively for different polar extracts.Then susceptibility tests of Salmonella,E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus with pipe plate and doubling dilution method were conducted,and DPPH and Fenton method were used to research the antioxidant activity of extraction in different menstrua.The results showed that water extracts had antibacterial effect on Salmonella,E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus,with the MIC of 15.63,125.00,125.00 mg/mL and the MBC of 31.25,250.00,250.00 mg/mL.Ethyl alcohol extract had antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus with MIC of 125.00 mg/mL and MBC of 250.00 mg/mL.The IC50 of extraction of chloroform,n-butanol,ethyl alcohol and water were 422.5,425.8,413.4,611.4 mg/mL,respectively.The IC50 of extraction of chloroform,n-butanol,ethyl alcohol and water were 542.2,577.1,925.5,781.2 mg/mL,respectively.In conclusion,the extracts from Scabrous mosla had good antibacterial and antioxidant activities.
