Application of Virtual Desktop Technology in Public Computer Room of Higher Colleges

With the unceasing development of cloud computing,virtual technology has been applied into various areas.The application of cloud computing increases the resource utilization,reduces the cost of IT and simplify the information management. Owing to the advantage of virtualization,the development of the virtual desktop is becoming an inevitable trend.Based on the existing system and the concrete application of colleges and universities,in the paper,the virtualization technology was introduced, from the virtual technology to desktop virtualization,under the support of which the desktop virtualization would bring an unexpected effect to colleges and universities.
