在全球信息化全面发展的21世纪,现代信息技术迅猛发展,图书馆将彻底实现自动化、网络化和数字化,全球信息资源的共建共享将成为现实。结合目前图书馆信息资源共享现状,从经费、利益、知识产权和建设标准等方面重点论述了我国资源共建共享现状以及地区间的沟通障碍,给出了诸多问题的解决建议,总结出了一套适合我国国情的信息资源共享的模式及实施策略。

Discussion on Co-construct and Sharing of Information Resource in Modern Library

In the 21st century,global information is fully developed and modern information technology is developing rapidly.The library will completely achieve its automation,networking and digitization and sharing of the global information resources will become a reality.In the paper,in combination with reality,the situation of library resource sharing and communication hindrances between the eastern area and western area in China were described from budget,interests,knowledge property and construction standard and the suggestion was given.A set of model of information resources sharing and implementation strategy were developed,which were suitable China’s reality.
