西北地区现代游牧业产业化发展初探——以天祝藏族自治县白牦牛产业为例

天祝藏族自治县是一个以牧为主的少数民族自治县,白牦牛产业是当地经济发展的特色产业之一。在领导的的重视和龙头企业的带动下,天祝县积极引进资金、技术,大力建设生产基地,逐渐走上了产业化发展之路。但在发展过程中也存在着种群数量少、下游企业动力缺乏,全产业链资金短缺,设施落后等问题。通过研究资料和基层走访调研等方式,文章从政府、生产基地、生产企业等方面对解决这些问题提出了意见及建议。

Primary Study of Modern Nomadic Herding Industrialization in Northwest of China --Taking White Yak Industrialization in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County as an Example

Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County is an animal husbandry county,and White Yak is one of the special industries in local economic development.With the government’s attention and the leading enterprises’ efforts,Tianzhu introduces capital,technology,and build production base.In the development process,there are also some problems,such as less population,lack of energy in the downstream enterprises,shortage of funds and advanced facilities.In this paper,advices and suggestions for the government,production base and production enterprise were given by the research of records and visiting grass-roots.
