影响马铃薯单叶节茎段形成腋芽薯的因素

摘    要:探讨东农303马铃薯组培栽植苗不同状态下的单叶节茎段对腋芽薯形成的影响,并对腋芽薯形成过程中叶片中叶绿素和N、P、K含量变化进行研究。结果表明,1.0倍液MS大量元素浇灌栽植的植株单叶节茎段形成腋芽薯效果最佳,移栽40d植株的上部单叶节茎段形成的腋芽薯重为0.79g;植株下部的茎段,扦插5d即可形成腋芽薯;去顶芽6d的植株上部茎段形成的腋芽薯重为0.93g。腋芽薯形成过程中,叶绿素a和b含量呈下降趋势,下降幅度较大时期分别为扦插后3~5d和4~5d,但叶绿素a和b间比值较平稳。扦插苗叶片中K含量最高,P含量最低,且腋芽薯形成过程中,N、P、K含量变化均呈下降趋势。

Factors on Sessile Tuberization of Single-Node Stem in Potato

Abstract:In this study, the effects of different factors on sessile tuberization of single-node stem of Dongnong 303 potato seedlings under different cultivation conditions, including changing chlorophyll, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium contents, are determined. The results showed that the sessile tuberization of single-node stem with a leaf was the best under the irrigation condition with a major element of MS in 1.0 culture liquid. The weight of sessile tuber that formed from the upper part with single-node stem of the plant transplanted for 40d was 0.79g. Sessile tuber could form if a single-node stem segment from the lower part was cut for 5d. The weight of the sessile tuber formed from the upper part of the plant that the terminal bud had been removed for 6d was 0.93g. During the formation of the sessile tuber, the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b exhibited a declining trend. The decline was greater at 3-5d and 4-5d, respectively, after cutting. However, the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b was more stable. The potassium content of the leaves from the seedling cutting was the highest, whereas the phosphorus content was the lowest. The changes in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium contents exhibited a declining trend during the formation of sessile tuber.
