| 摘 要： | 对甘薯的利用价值及利用现状进行了简述,在观赏甘薯的基础上,开创性地提出了赏食兼用型甘薯的概念,并对赏食兼用型甘薯的开发原则及发展建议进行了阐述,指出赏食兼用型甘薯的选育必须建立新的育种目标、加大宣传和引导力度,最后对赏食兼用型甘薯的市场前景进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Review the utilization value and the current situation of sweet potato.Based on the ornamental sweet potato, the authors creatively proposed the concept and principles of ornamental and edible type sweet potato, then put forward the developmental principle of dual-purpose type sweet potato.The authors pointed out that we must establish a new breeding target of dual-purpose type sweet potato and need to increase publicity and guidance in order to promote the market of dual-purpose type sweet potato.In the end of this paper,the authors analyzed the future market of dual-purpose sweet potato. |
