苦玄参药材中苦玄参苷IA和IB差异积累的影响因素分析

摘    要:以不同来源苦玄参药材为研究对象,以苦玄参苷IA和IB的含量为评价指标,研究不同种质及不同生长条件对苦玄参苷积累的影响。结果表明,不同地理来源材料苦玄参苷IA和IB含量存在显著差异,且两种苷的含量变化趋势基本一致;广西凭祥更适合苦玄参苷IA的积累,云南大部分地区更适合苦玄参苷IB的积累。紫色花植株苦玄参苷的含量显著高于白色花植株。不同部位,苦玄参苷花苞含量最高,其次为叶,根中含量极少。与梧州相比,龙州生产的材料苦玄参苷含量更高。不同生育条件下,以2月播种、生育期5个月、7月收获的材料苦玄参苷含量最高。

Abstract:The effects of different germplasms and growth conditions on the accumulation of picfeltarraenins was assessed using Picria felterrae Lour. collected from different places and taking the content of picfeltarraenins IA and IB as the evaluation indicator. The results showed that there were significant differences in picfeltarraenins IA and IB among different geographic origins, and the change trends in these two ingredients were basically consistent; Picria felterrae Lour. from Guangxi Pingxiang had the highest content of picfeltarraenin IA whereas that from Yunnan had the lowest. Plants with purple flowers significantly accumulated more picfeltarraenins than those with white flowers. As for different parts, buds had the highest content of picfeltarraenins, followed by leaves, and there were very few picfeltarraenins in roots. Picfeltarraenins in plants gathered in Longzhou were higher than those in plants from Wuzhou. In addition, picfeltarraenins reached the highest level in plants which were sowed in February and harvested in July of the same year.
