壳聚糖包衣大豆种子的萌发及幼苗的生理特性

摘    要:用1%、2%及3%的壳聚糖包衣大豆种子,考查了种子萌发及幼苗的一些生理特性变化。结果表明:包衣种子的发芽率及发芽势提高,其幼苗根数、根瘤数、单株于物质及叶和根中光合产物积累、叶片光合速率及可溶性蛋白质含量均有所增加,其中以1%效果最好。

Abstract:The changes of seed gerwhnation and some physiological indexes of seedlings were investigated via coating soybean seeds with 1%, 2% and 3% concentrations of chitosan solutions. The results showed that the gerbonation percentage and intensity of coated seeds all were enhanced; the number of roots and nodules, the accumulation of dry matter per plant and photosynthate in roots and leaves, as well as the rate of photosynthesis and the content of soluble protein in leaves all were increased in the coated seed seedlings. In all of the three concentrations, the effect was the best at the concentration of 1%.
