摘    要:通过理论分析建立了由植酸钠制取肌醇的水解反应动力学模型,根据实验数据用三维曲面拟合法对水解动力学进行了研究,得出了水解反应的动力学方程,反应为一级不可逆反应,反应的活化能为8.5×104J/mol。用理论计算得出的反应动力学方程对实验过程中使用的反应器参数进行了计算,将计算结果与实际使用的反应器参数进行比较可知,计算所得反应时间与实际反应时间的相对误差仅为0.86%,表明此研究成果可以应用在生产实践中。

Abstract:The reactive kinetics model for the preparation of inositol from the hydrolysis of sodium phytate was established through the theoretical analysis. Based on the experimental data, the hydrolysis kinetics of sodium phytate was studied by the 3-D surface fitting. The reaction was a first-order irreversible reaction, and its activation energy was 8.5×104 J/mol. The reactor used in the experiment was calculated by means of this hydrolysis kinetics equation, and the calculating data were compared with that from the actual reactor. The results showed that the relative error between the calculating reaction time and the actual reaction time is only 0.86%. The hydrolysis kinetics equation obtained could be applied to the practical production.
