摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,测定了阿坝州18个苹果种及类型的叶片过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶,结果表明,18个试材的过氧化物酶同工酶谱有7种表型,同一种不同类型的酶谱基本一致;酯酶同工酶有6种酶谱表型,种内酶谱表型分化明显,由此认为,变叶海棠是花叶海棠与山荆系中某种的杂种后代,而不是原生种:小金海棠和马尔康海棠为姊妹种,起源于于变叶海棠与陇东海棠的杂种后代。

Abstract:Eighteen species and varieties of Mains in Aba prefecture were analysed for peroxidase and eaterase isozymes by means of PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis). Seven phenotypes of POX isozyme zymograms were observed the zymograms were similar .in different varieties of the same species. Six phenotypes of eaterase isozymes zymograms were found with different zymograms in a species. The origin and the genetic background of M. toringaides is discussed and the species is thought to have been the hybrid of M. transitoria and some species of Ser, baecatese, instead of the original species. M. xiaojinensis and M. maerkangensis are considered to be sister species originating from the hybrid of M. toringoides and M. kansuensis.
