黄花菜碳素同化物运转贮藏及分配研究

摘    要:用^14C示踪法研究了黄花菜碳素同化物周年运转、贮藏、再利用的特性及变化规律,结果表明,春苗期叶的同化能力最强,自留量最大。苔期叶的同化能力有所下降,自留量减少,花苔逐渐成为生长中心和养分输入中心,植株从营养生长过度到生殖生长。蕾期叶的自留量大幅度减少,花蕾竞争势强大,取代了花苔,成为养分输入中心,这是获得产量的关键时期,营养贮存和秋苗期,同化产物输出部分主要向肉质根中分配,休眠期肉质根中碳素营养

Abstract:The characteristics of annual translocation,storage and remotoilization of 14C-labeled assimilates in day-lily were investigated. At the spring-seedding stage, the leaves seemed to be most active in assimilation and least amount of the assimilates was formd to be exported to other parts of the plant. They were a center of growth and of nutrient partitioning as well. At the bolting stage,the leaves' ability to assimilate was weakened, greater percentage of the assimilates was transported from the leaves to the bolt and thus made the bolt a growth center. At the flower bud stage, the buds became very competative for assimilates and few assimilates were retained in the leaves. It was a critical period for a higher yield. At the stage of nutrient storage,the assimilates were mainly transported to the fleshy roots. The accumulation of carbon assimilates in the fleshy roots was maximum during the dormant period.
