黄瓜膜联蛋白基因CsANN2的克隆和表达分析

摘    要:以‘津研四号’黄瓜品种为材料,克隆得到一个黄瓜膜联蛋白基因的cDNA全长,命名为CsANN2。为进一步探究黄瓜CsANN2基因的功能,对CsANN2基因编码的蛋白序列进行生物信息学分析后,发现其理化性质、保守结构域以及多个功能蛋白位点都和其他植物的膜联蛋白一致。系统进化树分析表明,黄瓜CsANN2与AtANN2、AtANN6、AtANN7、BjANN2和BjANN6有较近的亲缘关系。亚细胞定位结果显示,CsANN2蛋白在细胞膜、细胞质与细胞核内都有分布。qRT-PCR结果分析表明,CsANN2基因受ABA、SA、PEG和H2O2诱导表达,但对NaCl胁迫无响应。
