摘    要:采用盆栽试验方法,研究不同梯度盐(NaCl)胁迫对1 a生乌桕幼苗生理指标的影响.结果表明,盐胁迫下叶片叶绿素、质膜相对透性、MDA、脯氨酸及可溶性糖含量均发生不同程度的变化.土壤盐分对叶绿素含量的影响很小,对脯氨酸含量有较大影响.与对照相比,低盐处理(0.20%~0.40%)叶片脯氨酸含量略有下降,但高盐处理(0.60%~1.00%),其含量急剧增加;随着土壤中NaCl浓度的升高,MDA的含量有所增加,但都小于对照,说明盐溶液可降低MDA在乌桕组织体内的积累;盐度从0.20%~0.60%变化时,叶片可溶性糖含量增加,但高盐处理(0.80%~1.00%)可溶性糖含量则呈下降趋势.盐胁迫时细胞膜受到一定程度的伤害,但总体受害程度较轻,这在一定程度上说明乌桕具有一定的抗盐能力.

Abstract:The effect of soil NaCl stress of different gradients on physiological indexes of one year old Sapium sebiferum seedlings was studied. The results showed that soil NaCl stress caused some changes in chlorophyll content,relative permeability of the plasma membrane,MDA, proline content and soluble sugar content. The effect of soil NaCl stress on chlorophyll content in leaves was not marked, but that on proline content was significant. The content of proline under low NaCl stress(0.20%~0.40% ) decreased compared with CK, while that under high NaCl stress(0.60%~1.00% ) increased. With the NaCl concentration increasing, the content of MDA increased, but that was lower than CK, which showed NaCl stress could cause reduction of MDA in leaves. The soluble sugar content in leaves increased under low NaCl stress (0.20%~0.60% ) ,but that reversed under high NaCl stress (0.80% ~ 1.00% ). Though NaCl stress brought some harm to the plasma membrane, that was little, this indicated the ability of resist ance againse NaCl stress of 5. Sebiferum Seedlings was strong.
