摘    要:研究了3种不同培养料对黄伞不同生长发育阶段的纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶、多氛氧化酶的胞外酶活性的影响。结果表明,不同培养料中的黄伞菌丝分泌的4种胞外酶活性在其生长发育的各阶段表现出一定的差异,但酶活性变化的总体趋势基本相同。这说明培养料的不同对胞外酶活性影响较大,而对酶活性变化趋势影响较小。

Abstract:Extracellular enzyme activities (carboxymethylcellulase, hemicellulase, laccase, polyphen-oloxidase) of Pholiota adiposa were determined at different developmental stages, ranging from partial substrate colonization through to seven days postharvest, during mushroom cultivation on three cultivation substrates. Although the four enzymes exhibited different overall production patterns, changes in the levels of each individual enzyme observed throughout the sampling period were generally very similar irrespective of the composition of the cultivation substrate.
