摘    要:采用常规组织培养方法取无花果幼嫩枝条为外植体进行快繁研究.结果表明:MS+6-BA 1.0~1.2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L和MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L为愈伤组织和芽分化的最适宜培养基;1/2 Ms+NAA 0.3 mg/L为适宜生根培养培养基,生根率达95%以上.

Abstract:Using regular tissue culture,this article studied the rapid propagation on young twigs with buds in stem segments of Ficus carica Linn.It was the most appropriate medium of callus and bud differentiation of MS+6-BA 1.0~1.2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L and MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L.It was the appropriate rooting culture medium of 1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L,which has rooting rate of more than 95 percent.
