基于有限元分析的农用运输车离合器设计

摘    要:离合器作为农用运输车传动系的重要组成部件,起到传力、减震和防止系统过载等重要作用。首先对农用运输车离合器型式和材料的介绍,进行了相应的选择设计,并在对离合器设计原则进行分析之后完成了结构设计和尺寸选择。再通过有限元方法对其受力情况和变形情况进行模拟,最后根据计算结果对离合器结构进行了优化设计。从方法上对农用运输车离合器设计进行了有益的探索,所得结论为其结构设计提供重要的参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The coupling as a key component of the farm vehicles powertrain,play a power transmission,shock absorption and prevent system overload an important role.First,the introduction of farm vehicles clutch types and materials,the appropriate choice of design and analysis of clutch design principles of structural design and size options.By the finite element method to simulate the force and deformation,According to the results of the clutch structure has been optimized.Useful to explore methods of farm vehicles clutch design,the conclusions provide an important reference for its structural design.
